Description
The Navy Region Southwest Qualified Recycling Program is issuing an invitation to bid on the sale of OCC (Bales) located at Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada. The sale is for 500 tons of OCC, with an estimated 25 loads. Bidders must submit their bids by 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time on February 5, 2026. The successful bidder will be notified in writing within 2 business days of bid closure and will have 30 business days to remove the material.
• The buyer must remove the material within 30 business days of the award.
• The buyer assumes full liability for all taxes applicable to its property, income, and any transactions arising from or in connection with the performance of this agreement.
• The buyer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the NRSW QRP, the U.S. Navy, the United States, and their officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, judgments, suits, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
• The buyer represents, warrants, and certifies that all purchased property will be completely recycled.
