Raised Access Computer Floor Tiles

The Utah Air National Guard is seeking capability packages from potential sources to provide and install replacement raised access computer floor tiles at the Roland R. Wright Utah Air National Guard Base in Salt Lake City, UT. The project requires the procurement and installation of new replacement tiles into the existing raised access flooring system understructure. The scope of work includes extracting and removing the existing aged floor tiles, installing the new concrete-filled and perforated airflow tiles, cutting holes as needed for data and power cables, and sealing all cut tiles to industry standards. • The project requires 700 concrete-filled floor tiles and 100 perforated airflow tiles. • The tiles must meet specific salient characteristics, including being 24" x 24" in size, having a standard manufacturer warranty, and being gray in color to match existing building tiles. • The vendor must provide all tools, equipment, and personnel needed for installation and disposal. • The delivery and installation are anticipated to be completed within 90 days after receipt of award.
