Description
Knox County is seeking a professional architectural firm to provide design services for the Hardin Valley Community Building project. The successful firm will complete architectural drawings and assist Ardurra Group in preliminary opinions of potential construction costs. The project includes a community room, enclosed storage area(s), kitchen, and bathrooms.
• The firm must have experience with projects of similar type, complexity, and scope.
• The firm must provide a description of their credentials to deliver the services needed for the project.
• The firm must provide resumes of key personnel who will be assigned to the project.
• The firm must provide information on up to five projects of similar type, scope, and complexity that have been completed within the last five years.
