DUNE Cold Lab - Construction of New Egress Doors and Egress Modifications

The Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is soliciting proposals for the construction of new egress doors and egress modifications at the HEERC DUNE Cold Lab. The project involves installing new egress doors, modifying existing egress doors, and performing other related work. The subcontractor will be responsible for all work, including transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision. • The project requires the installation of new egress doors and modifications to existing egress doors. • The subcontractor must perform all work as described in the Statement of Work and exhibits. • The project includes an optional egress door. • The subcontractor must ensure that all work is completed during standard business hours. • The north entrance to the HEERC building will remain open unless limited closures are needed for specific work activities.
