Description
The opportunity is for the supply of individual equipment for the FMS case MO-B-UVC MOROCCO. The required items include belts, kits, eyeshield systems, gloves, holsters, and hydration systems. The buyer is looking for new equipment only, with no remanufactured or "gray market" items. The equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The seller must submit bids with pricing inclusive of all line items, and the bid must be good for 30 calendar days after the close of the buy.
• The buyer is allowing sellers to submit bids for alternate items, provided those items meet all of the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified by this solicitation.
• The seller must comply with the commercial item terms and conditions, including FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5.
• The seller must provide shipment preparation and work with a freight forwarder to arrange pickup of materials, with no shipping costs included in the quote.
• The order has to be ready in 35 days for pickup after receipt of the order.
