Description
The State of North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a qualified provider to design, establish, and operate a five‑bed transitional living residential facility for adults (18 +) with mental illness and/or substance‑use disorders in Devils Lake, ND. The contractor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive case management, counseling, and recovery‑oriented services to help residents transition to independent community living.
• Operate a 5‑bed residential unit serving individuals 18 years and older with mental health and/or substance‑use challenges.
• Provide full‑time staffing, case management, therapeutic counseling, life‑skills training, and community integration services.
• Must be registered on the North Dakota State Bidders List and comply with all state procurement regulations.
• Facility location: 200 Highway 2 West, Devils Lake, ND 58301.
• Submission deadline March 2 2026; questions due February 13 2026.
