Description
The City of Madison is seeking environmental consulting services to provide environmental site assessment services. The selected firm will work on an as-needed basis to conduct Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments, remedial action planning, and oversight of contaminated soil excavation associated with construction in the right-of-way. The contract will be for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The City is looking for a firm with experience in environmental consulting, a strong technical team, and the ability to provide high-quality services.
• Typical projects include Phase 1 ESAs, Phase 2 ESAs, remedial action planning, and oversight of contaminated soil excavation associated with construction in the right-of-way.
• The selected firm will be required to provide a price proposal, references, and a vendor profile.
• The City reserves the right to award partial contracts to one or more vendors.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best combination of qualifications, experience, and price.
