Research, Evaluation, Technical Assistance, Professional Learning, and Related Services

Education Service Center Region 13 is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide research, evaluation, technical assistance, professional learning, and related services. The selected vendors will be included in a Qualified Provider List (QPL) and may be invited to support projects involving study design, data collection and analysis, implementation support, curriculum and program review, continuous improvement initiatives, and other evidence-based services. The scope of work includes research and evaluation services, data management and analysis, technical assistance and improvement services, curriculum and program review, teacher preparation and professional learning, and project management and collaboration. The contract will be effective from October 1, 2026, or the date of execution, whichever is later, through August 31, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. • Key services: research and evaluation, data management and analysis, technical assistance and improvement, curriculum and program review, teacher preparation and professional learning, project management and collaboration • Contract term: October 1, 2026 - August 31, 2027, with option to renew for up to four additional years • Eligibility: vendors with expertise in education research, program evaluation, technical assistance, professional learning, and related services
