Description
The Department of Justice (DOJ) Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking information from qualified small and socio-economic program participants capable of providing Pyrotechnics Explosive Products. The products include 40mm Romand Candles, 100/150 Shot Variety Crossette Cake, 3” Assorted Shells, 4” Assorted Shells, and Electric Matches. The Government anticipates a Single Award and estimates a 90-day delivery period. The requirement is contemplated to be firm-fixed priced.
• The Government is seeking information from 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disable Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, and general Small Businesses.
• Responding vendors must provide information on their company, including name, CAGE code, address, telephone number, and point of contact with email address and Unique Entity ID (UEI) under SAM.gov.
• Vendors must also provide a summary of their relevant past experience and a capability statement describing how they would fulfill the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Explosive Products.
