Notice of Contractor's Settlement - Superior Roofing Inc.

The Auraria Higher Education Center is providing notice of contractor's settlement with Superior Roofing Inc. for the Administration Building Roof Replacement project. The notice is given to allow any person or entity with an unpaid claim against the project to file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid. The settlement will be made on March 2, 2026. • The project involves the replacement of the Administration Building roof. • The settlement is being made by the State of Colorado with Superior Roofing Inc. • Any claims must be filed with the Authority for College, Institution, Department or Agency prior to the final settlement.
