CDBG- Funded Ramada Slab & Sidewalks for Catholic Community Services

The City of Sierra Vista is seeking a contractor to construct a slab/foundation for a future ramada and the sidewalks as shown on the Site Plan. The project is funded by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and is subject to federal laws and regulations, including the Davis Bacon Act and the Build America, Buy America Act. The contractor will be required to provide plans for the Ramada Slab/Foundation and supply and install appurtenances, including the ramada structure, a ceiling fan, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days from contract award.
