N--Solicitation Kitchen replacement AFRH DC

The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) in Washington, DC, intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for kitchen equipment replacement and repairs at the AFRH–Washington campus Scott Building main kitchen and country kitchens. The vendor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permits, and tools required to install new equipment, repair existing equipment, and bring systems to fully operational condition. • Site inspection and assessment • Removal and disposal of equipment and components • Delivery and installation of new NSF-certified commercial kitchen equipment • Repairs to existing units as identified in Attachment 1 – Equipment List • Coordination with AFRH to minimize disruption to residents • Compliance with ICC, NFPA, and Washington, DC building codes
