The City of Cincinnati is seeking qualified contractors to replace an existing concrete hillside stairway on Warner Street, including demolition, new cast‑in‑place concrete steps, handrail installation, concrete walk/landings, sealing, and site restoration (seeding and mulching). The work must be performed within the existing right‑of‑way, comply with Ohio prevailing‑wage rules, and meet City and ODOT specifications. The contract value is $456,068, with a 10 % bid bond and a 100 % performance bond required, and the project must be completed within 150 calendar days after the notice to proceed.
