Saluda Shoals Park –Entrance Building Renovations

The Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission is seeking qualified contractors to perform renovation work on the entrance building at Saluda Shoals Park. The scope includes interior and exterior upgrades, accessibility improvements, mechanical and electrical system upgrades, and finishing work to bring the facility up to current codes and aesthetic standards. This project is a single‑phase, fixed‑price contract with a clear submission deadline. • Renovate and modernize the entrance building’s structural and cosmetic elements. • Upgrade HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to meet code and improve energy efficiency. • Ensure ADA compliance and improve site accessibility. • Provide all labor, materials, permits, and inspections required for completion. • Deliver final as‑built documentation and warranty information.
