06411 RFB FARO Training and Technical Support

The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is seeking bids for FARO training and technical support services. The selected contractor will provide a manufacturer-sanctioned five-day certification course, a three-day refresher course, and quarterly onsite visits for preventative maintenance and technical support. The contractor must have certification from FARO Technologies, documented experience in conducting FARO certification and refresher training courses, and certified instructors with expertise in crash scene documentation and FARO system operation. The contract term is two years, and the estimated cost is between $50,000 and $100,000. • The contractor will deliver all training in accordance with FARO Technologies' standards and requirements. • The contractor will provide certified instructors with proven expertise in FARO systems. • The contractor will ensure all maintenance and technical support activities are documented and reported to NTTA. • The contractor will maintain clear communication with NTTA project managers regarding scheduling, issues, and resolutions. • The contractor will provide quarterly onsite visits for preventative maintenance and technical support. • The contractor will manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, including coordinating with FARO Customer Service for all proprietary technical matters related to FARO hardware or software.
