Water Main Relocation

The Board of Water and Light (BWL) is seeking proposals for the Water Main Relocation project. The project involves the relocation of water mains, and the successful bidder will be required to complete the work as described in the Proposal Documents. The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the selected bidder. The contract price will be equal to the proposal price adjusted to any price changes agreed upon in writing by the bidder and the BWL.
