81st CST Training Event Sources Sought

The North Dakota Army National Guard (NDARNG) is seeking sources for a training event for the 81st Weapons of Mass Destruction – Civil Support Team (WMD-CST). The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to prepare and host a joint training event. The training will include advanced and multifaceted challenges, such as the use of live radiological sources, creation of variable oxygen atmospheres, and simulation of clandestine laboratories with threats from potent synthetic opioids or chemical precursors. • The contractor will set up, operate, and reset multiple training sites to measure the training and readiness level of the team. • The contractor will incorporate live radiological sources, CBRN detection equipment, role players, real-world medical, and sanitation support into the exercise scenarios. • The contractor will create and maintain variable oxygen environments within designated spaces for realistic training and equipment testing. • The contractor will ensure the scenario involves a situation requiring plume modeling.
