Natural Gas Supply ITB

The Department of Management Services is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to establish a State Term Contract for the supply, transportation, and delivery of Natural Gas. The contract will replace the current State Term Contract 8310160119-1 for Natural Gas Supply. The Department intends to make a statewide award, but reserves the right to award to one or multiple bidders, statewide or by region, or to make no award. The scope of work includes providing commodities and/or contractual services as described in Attachment A, Scope of Work. Key requirements include submitting a completed Attachment C, Firm Markup Sheet, and Attachment G, Mandatory Responsive Requirements. • The contract term is specified in Attachment D, Draft Term Contract. • The Department reserves the right to reject any bid not submitted in the manner specified by this solicitation. • Bidders must be registered in the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) Vendor Information Portal (VIP) to submit their intent to participate in this solicitation. • The lowest responsive and responsible bidder with a principal place of business in Florida will be granted a preference.
