Natural Gas: Firm Delivery Service

The State of Georgia Department of Administrative Services is seeking a qualified natural‑gas marketer to provide firm‑delivery natural‑gas service statewide. The contract will cover one or more of the nine deregulated gas‑pool groups, with pricing submitted via a detailed cost workbook (Quotes A‑E) and a mandatory market‑comparison Quote C. Suppliers must be certified by the Georgia Public Service Commission, be able to invoice monthly, and provide detailed monthly usage data. The award will be a one‑year term beginning 1 July 2027 with up to six optional one‑year renewals. The solicitation requires registration in GA@WORK, attendance at a virtual bidders’ conference, and extensive compliance documentation (tax, security, trade‑secret, etc.). • Provide firm‑delivery natural‑gas service to all authorized Georgia governmental entities. • Submit pricing for demand‑charge (Quote A), NYMEX‑plus (Quote B), Index‑plus (Quote C, mandatory), optional monthly service charge (Quote D) and fixed‑price adder (Quote E). • Meet certification, reporting, and compliance requirements (e‑Verify, tax compliance, data security, trade‑secret affidavit, etc.).
