Notice of Intent to Sole Source Short-term Janitorial and Snow Removal Services

The Department of Labor intends to negotiate and award a Sole Source contract for Janitorial and Snow Removal Services at the Frances Perkins Building in Washington D.C. The services will include floor care, cleaning of restrooms and offices, exterior window washing, and snow and ice removal. The period of performance will consist of a 64-day base period and four 2-month option periods, starting on January 27, 2026. • The contract will be awarded to Integrity National Corporation. • The services will be provided at the Frances Perkins Building, a 1.9 million square foot facility. • The building has approximately 1.1 million square feet of office space and can house up to 5,200 employees. • The contractor will be responsible for keeping the exterior grounds, parking lots, and sidewalks clean and free of dirt, debris, and litter. • The contractor will also be responsible for collecting and transporting recyclable materials to designated areas.
