RFQ 26-D-00036 Franklin Street Action Plan

The City of Tampa – Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) desires to obtain professional landscape architect, urban designer, architect or qualified professional and related services for the design of Franklin Streetscape Improvement Project. The project includes the design of approximately 0.68 miles of streetscape from E. Jackson Street to E. Scott St in Downtown Tampa and may include crossing streets for a half block on either side of Franklin as necessary. The total project estimate is $600,000. • The scope of work includes the design of streetscape improvements. • The City is seeking a qualified professional with experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or architecture. • The selection criteria include successful comparable project experience, qualifications, team structure, workload and availability, past performance, and standard form SF330. • The City will provide an email acknowledgement of receipt of submissions, but it is the firm's responsibility to confirm that their submission has been received.
