Description
The City of Columbus, Public Utilities Department is seeking to establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for the preventative maintenance and repair of forklifts, man lifts, and scissor lifts. The agreement will be in effect from the date of execution through May 31, 2027. The estimated dollar amount to be spent on this agreement is $5,000.00. The City is looking for a vendor to provide preventative maintenance and repair services on an as-needed basis. The services will include preventative maintenance, annual safety inspections, and certification for forklifts, scissor lifts, and man lifts. The vendor will also be required to provide hourly rates for on-site and shop repairs, trip charges, and transport fees. The City has listed the equipment that will be covered under the agreement, but the list may be updated during the term of the contract.
