EMPLOYEE HEALTH CLINIC

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive management and operation of an on-site employee health clinic. The clinic will provide pre-employment medical services, occupational medicine, primary care, and routine medical services to County employees and their dependents. The contractor will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care, managing the clinic's operations, and meeting performance guarantees. The contract will be for an initial term of three years with the option to renew for an additional three years. • The contractor will be required to provide insurance coverage, including commercial general liability and professional liability insurance. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA and the California Public Records Act. • The contractor will be required to provide a cost proposal, including all costs necessary to perform the services required under the scope of work. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their understanding of the scope of work, demonstrated expertise, experience operating an integrated clinic model, and proposed pricing. • The contractor will be required to provide implementation support, including development of a startup/implementation workplan, proposed go-live timeline, staffing transition and onboarding activities, systems configuration and scheduling set-up, and employee communication and clinic launch support.
