General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital (GLWACH) Demolition and Decommissioning

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District is seeking sources for the demolition and decommissioning of the General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital (GLWACH) on Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The project involves the complete removal of several buildings, including the hospital and clinic, Central Utility Plant, and temporary Helipad. The contractor will be required to perform hazardous material abatement, building demolition, decommissioning services, and removal of improvements. The project also includes the construction of a new exterior wall and storm drainage and detention systems. The contractor must have experience in performing work comparable to this project and must be capable of meeting the requirements outlined in the Sources Sought notice.
