Notice of Intent to Award Ability One Custodial Services for March Air Reserve Base

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services at March Air Reserve Base. The services include routine space cleaning, floor care and maintenance, trash and recycling removal, and restroom sanitation. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods. The contractor will be expected to perform the services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and applicable commercial and industry standards. * Key services include: * Routine space cleaning * Floor care and maintenance * Trash and recycling removal * Restroom sanitation * The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services. * The contract will be for a base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods.
