Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide a fully automated Osmometer System, including delivery, installation, training, reagents, and consumables, for the Tampa VA Healthcare Network. The system must meet specific technical requirements and be capable of interfacing with the Lab Information System (Vista) and middleware (Data Innovations). The contractor will be responsible for maintenance, repair, and replacement of the equipment, as well as providing training and technical support. The contract will be for a base period with options for extension.
• The contractor must provide a brand name or equivalent Osmometer instrument that meets the specified technical requirements.
• The contractor must deliver and install the equipment, provide training, and ensure that the system is fully operational.
• The contractor must provide reagents, consumables, and supplies necessary to operate the equipment.
• The contractor must provide maintenance, repair, and replacement of the equipment as needed.
• The contractor must provide technical support and training to hospital staff.
