Description
The Department of Human Services is seeking a proposal to establish and operate a 5-bed Transitional Living Residential Services for individuals 18 years old and older with mental illness and/or substance use disorder in Devils Lake, ND. The selected provider will be responsible for providing a supportive living environment and necessary services to help residents achieve independence. Key services may include counseling, medication management, and daily living skills training. The provider will be expected to work with residents to develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing support and guidance.
