Reagents and Maintenance Service for Flow Cytometry Instruments

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed price purchase order contract for the provision of all services, materials, and equipment necessary to provide required Reagents and Maintenance Service for Flow Cytometry Instruments for Madigan Army Medical Center, Pathology Department. The contract will include the provision of reagents and testing materials necessary to perform flow cytometry testing using Government-owned Navios 10 analyzer and TQ Prep workstation, as well as maintenance, service, and training on the analyzers. • The contract will be awarded to Beckman Coulter, Inc, as they are the only source that can meet the Government’s specialized requirement. • The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325413 – In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing. • The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6550 - In Vitro Diagnostic Substances, Reagents, Test Kits, and Sets. • The delivery location is Madigan Army Medical Center, Bldg. 9040A Rm. G 3803, Tacoma, 98431. • The delivery date is on or before 9/30/2027.
