MSC Training Center EAST -Hampton Roads

The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is seeking a contractor to provide lodging and transportation services for Civil Service Mariners (CIVMARs) assigned to the MSC Training Center East Hampton Roads (TC-E HR) in Fort Eustis, VA. The contractor will be required to provide hotel rooms and transportation to and from the training center. The contract will be for a period of five years, with an option to extend for an additional six months. The contractor will be responsible for providing a fixed unit rate per room night, inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees, and charges. The contractor will also be required to provide transportation to and from the training center, with a minimum of one round trip per day, Monday through Friday. Some key requirements include: * Providing hotel rooms with a microwave and refrigerator in each room * Maintaining at least two functional washers and two functional dryers at each site * Providing free functional internet connection in each room * Providing on-site dining facilities for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or dining facilities within one-half mile of each hotel * Providing transportation to and from the training center, with a minimum of one round trip per day, Monday through Friday * Providing a fixed unit rate per room night, inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees, and charges * Providing a fixed unit rate per transportation trip, inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees, and charges
