Request for Bid Proposal on internal office reconstruction

The Richland County Maintenance Department is seeking bids for the reconstruction of office space within the Community Services Building. The project involves removing 4 current doors in offices and moving them to 4 new locations on different walls, as well as relocating electrical outlets. The successful bidder will be responsible for arranging construction and electrical changes, pulling permits, and furnishing and/or installing specified equipment or materials. Key aspects of the project include: • Removing and reinstalling doors in new locations • Relocating electrical outlets • Filling in openings and finishing the product • Meeting current state and federal regulations • Completing the project by the end of the workday on February 27th, 2026.
