Description
The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is requesting quotations for the procurement of a Multicoupler Unit, specifically the HF Multicoupler, MCU 6412 OEM: Thales Security and Defense Inc. The unit must be individually packaged and marked, and must meet specific electrostatic protection and bar coding requirements. The contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, and the award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The contractor must have a valid DUNS number and be registered with the System for Award Management.
• The Multicoupler Unit must be a HF Multicoupler, MCU 6412 OEM: Thales Security and Defense Inc.
• The unit must be individually packaged in accordance with ASTM-D3951-10.
• The unit must have electrostatic protection in accordance with Type III, Class I of MIL-B-81705C.
• The unit must be individually marked in accordance with MIL-STD 129 with Change 4.
• The contractor must provide a letter from the OEM verifying that they are an authorized distributor.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable FAR clauses and regulations.
