North Chattahoochee Interceptor Improvements Phase 2

The project entails construction of a large‑diameter sewer interceptor in north‑Gwinnett County, Georgia. The contractor will install approximately 6,800 ft of 54‑inch gravity sewer, replace existing smaller‑diameter pipe, construct 18 precast concrete manholes, perform stream crossings with concrete encasement, and provide associated erosion‑control, backfill, rock‑removal, and CCTV inspection services. The work must be completed within 390 days of contract award, with final payment due 30 days after substantial completion.
