Starved Rock Lock and Dam Boiler Replacement

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to replace a steam boiler at the Starved Rock Lock and Dam. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, and labor to remove the existing boiler and install a new Cleaver Brooks M5 steam boiler, as well as upgrade the water filtration system. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will provide transportation and crane support to get the new boiler to the boiler house. • The contractor will be responsible for removing one existing steam boiler. • The contractor will supply and set in place one new Cleaver Brooks M5 steam boiler. • The contractor will install one new Cleaver Brooks condensate return boiler feed system. • The contractor will upgrade the water filtration system.
