H--NOI - Maintenance service agreement for MIRA4 SEM

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is seeking a maintenance service agreement for a TESCAN MIRA4 Scanning Electron Microscope. The microscope is used to support response and background research on Alaska volcanoes, as well as data collection for the Alaska Science Center minerals group. The required maintenance includes routine maintenance, software upgrades, and access to field engineers/support in the event of unforeseen instrument malfunctions. The service contract will cover a period of 12 months, and the vendor is expected to provide priority telephone support, phone-based technical support, and priority scheduling for site visits.
