Description
The Gordon County School System is seeking proposals for the removal and installation of ceiling tiles and grids at Red Bud Elementary. The project includes the removal of the existing ceiling system, installation of a new 2x2 ceiling grid system, and accommodation of existing HVAC vents, lighting fixtures, and other ceiling-mounted elements. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and industry standards.

• Vendors must submit proposals by March 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.
• The evaluation of proposals will be based on factors such as compliance with RFP specifications, qualifications of the firm, responsiveness of the proposal, previous experience, and overall cost.
• A local proposer will be given 10 additional points if all other factors are equal and their pricing is within five percent of the lowest proposal.
