This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide routine industrial floor‑drain cleaning services for a two‑year period (July 1 2021 – June 30 2023). The work includes unplugging drains of three length categories, with optional high‑pressure jetting or vacuum services billed hourly. Base rates are tiered by drain length and by half‑day/full‑day usage, and a 2 % price increase applies to the second fiscal year.
