Construction of a Right-Of-Way Between NW 6th Avenue and NW 7th Avenue

The Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency is seeking bids for the construction of a right-of-way between NW 6th Avenue and NW 7th Avenue. The project includes the dedication and improvement of a 60-foot-wide right-of-way, construction of a mid-block access connection roadway with on-street public parking, curbing, landscaping, lighting, and sidewalks. The project encompasses approximately 0.40 acres and includes the construction of 16 paved parking spaces, including one ADA-compliant space. • The project requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the right-of-way. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulations, including City of Pompano Beach standards and specifications. • The contractor must ensure that all improvements accommodate the required turning radii for emergency and service vehicles. • The contractor must maintain safe access and conditions throughout construction and provide maintenance of traffic as required. • The contractor must submit a bid bond or cashier's check in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. • The contractor must provide proof of financial solvency and have sufficient financial resources to perform the contract.
