Hydrogen Refueling Station Design, Construction, Operation, Maintenance and Land Lease

The County of Sacramento is seeking a qualified entity to design, construct, operate, and maintain a hydrogen refueling station on a 2-acre vacant county-owned property. The station must serve the public, private, and governmental individuals and fleets, and be capable of dispensing a minimum of 1,200 kilograms of hydrogen fuel per day. The contract will be for a term of up to 15 years. The successful proposer will be responsible for site security and must comply with all applicable statutes and regulations.
