Description
The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Arkansas (USPFO-AR) intends to award a sole-source contract to HFACS Inc. for human factors training and services. The objective is to provide specialized training to help the Arkansas Army National Guard improve human performance and safety among their workforce using the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) and Human Factors Intervention Matrix (HFIX).
• The contract will be for a firm fixed price of $24,999.00.
• HFACS Inc. is the only company that provides certified training for the HFACS course.
• The training is required for the Certified Accident Investigation Program (CAIP) per NG Supplement 1 to AR 385-10.
• Interested parties may express interest and provide a capability statement by 02 March 2026, 100 pm CDT.
