Description
The Orleans Parish School Board is seeking a contractor to provide mental health counseling services to English Learner, immigrant, and LEP populations. The contractor must be able to offer a range of counseling, behavioral health, and psychological services in multiple languages across K-12. The scope of work includes administering universal screening scales, developing a prescription of services for eligible students, facilitating service delivery, and coordinating with school sites for fidelity of implementation. The contractor must also inform K-12 services with the English Learner, immigrant, language minority, or first-generation experience and facilitate community sessions in support of LEP families' and immigrant-adjacent educators' mental health.
