Furnish and Delivery of One (1) Tire Truck with Crane

The County of Maui is seeking bids for the furnish and delivery of one (1) tire truck with crane for the Department of Public Works – Wailuku Garage. The truck shall be a 4x4 two-ton regular cab and chassis with crane and aluminum body, tire service truck. The bidder shall provide a new and undemonstrated truck of current production year, with a GVWR of 19,500 lbs, and a wheelbase of 192 inches. The truck shall be equipped with a heavy-duty beam design front axle, electronic front axle disconnects, and a stabilizer bar. The rear axle shall be a dual rear wheel, full-floating, rigid beam with a limited slip differential and a 4.89:1 gear ratio. The truck shall be powered by an in-line six, turbo diesel engine with a minimum of 360HP and 800 ft. lb. torque. The bidder shall also provide a warranty for the truck, crane, compressor, and liftgate, and shall submit a copy of all warranties with their bid. • The truck shall meet all Federal, State, and County highway safety requirements • The truck shall be equipped with a backup alarm and a reflector warning kit • The truck shall have a fire extinguisher and a rust preventive treatment • The bidder shall provide manuals for the crane and compressor, including an operator's manual, a service and repair manual, and a parts manual • The bidder shall provide a questionnaire with their bid, which shall include information about the truck, crane, compressor, and liftgate • The bidder shall provide a warranty for the truck, crane, compressor, and liftgate
