Substation Transformer Rebid

The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County is seeking bids for the purchase of a three-phase substation power transformer, associated accessories, and delivery. The transformer should meet the specifications outlined in EXHIBIT C – SCOPE OF MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS. The District reserves the right to purchase additional products and/or services within the scope and period of performance of the resulting contract. The contract will include terms and conditions, the solicitation, the bid, quotation or proposal, all appendices, and exhibits. • The Bidder must be licensed to do business in the State of Washington or provide a commitment to become licensed prior to goods delivery or services rendered. • The Bidder must meet the minimum qualifications and required technical specifications. • The Bidder must provide a bid bond and performance bond. • The contract will include a warranty period, and the Bidder must provide warranty remedies. • The District reserves the right to reject all bids, quotations, or proposals received without penalty and not to issue a contract as a result of this solicitation.
