Proposed Sole Source with Everblue Training

The Colorado Energy Office is seeking to procure an online learning platform with access to weatherization-specific classes from Everblue Training. The platform will provide unlimited access to Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) accredited classes and a system for training on the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) Badging System. The sole source justification is based on the uniqueness of the platform's badging component and the vendor's ability to provide a cost-effective, unlimited access package of classes. Key features of the platform include: • Unlimited access to IREC accredited classes • A system for training on the NREL Badging System • Install-specific training videos associated with each badge • A cost-effective, unlimited access package of classes The Colorado Energy Office has determined that Everblue Training is the sole source for this procurement due to the uniqueness of their platform and the lack of similar offerings from other vendors.
