Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide replacement parts for patient lifts at the D wing of the CLC, located at 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr, Temple, TX 76504. The vendor will need to provide OEM-trained and certified laborers to install hoist in 1 track system/room, and perform light cleaning of the area post-installation. The contract will include all necessary materials and labor to accommodate VA ICRA requirements up to level III. The contractor shall furnish and replace parts to meet uptime requirements, and all parts supplied shall be compatible with existing equipment.
• The contractor shall provide 21 GH3+ 550 lbs. SWL Hoist w/ Integrated Scale, GH2 Conversion Trolley & Hanger Bar.
• The contractor shall provide Guldmann certified installation for the patient lifts.
• The contractor shall ensure that all parts supplied are new and compatible with existing equipment.
• The contractor shall perform light cleaning of the area post-installation.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to equal opportunity, labor standards, and environmental protection.
