Description
The Montpelier Roxbury School District is seeking a Construction Manager/Contractor to perform pre-construction and construction services for its Window Replacement Capital Project. The project involves replacing windows at the Union Elementary and Main St. Middle School. The selected contractor will be responsible for pre-construction services, including cost estimating, constructability review, and schedule preparation, as well as construction phase services, including holding a single contract with the Owner, administering subcontractor contracts, and coordinating construction activities.
• The project has an estimated total construction budget of $2.2M, with Phase 1 estimated at $0.7M and Phase 2 estimated at $1.5M.
• The project is scheduled to start in summer 2026, with the first phase expected to be completed by August 2026.
• The selected contractor will be required to work closely with the Owner, Owner's representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and their personnel to deliver the project on time, on budget, and up to quality standards.
