Description
The City of East St. Louis is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to perform comprehensive building and kitchen electrical upgrades at the Clyde C. Jordan Center. The work includes evaluating existing service, installing new panels, breakers, feeders, dedicated kitchen circuits, interior lighting, emergency lighting, GFCI protection, grounding, and completing all required inspections and commissioning. Coordination with other trades and removal of obsolete equipment are also required.
• Mandatory pre‑bid meeting on May 6, 2026 (site at the Center)
• Bid submission due May 13, 2026, 10:00 a.m. (five sealed copies)
• Scope covers all labor, materials, permits, inspections, and testing
• Must comply with applicable codes and standards
