Full Service and Maintenance of Dragonfly System M528745, DFLY-0231 microscopes.

The National Institutes of Health is seeking a contractor to provide full service and maintenance of the Dragonfly System M528745, DFLY-0231 microscopes. The contractor will be responsible for preventative maintenance, on-demand repair services, and software updates for the equipment. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The contractor must be an authorized Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) service provider for the Dragonfly System. • The contractor shall provide complete mechanical, electrical, and software preventative maintenance response, including necessary repair service, for the Government-owned confocal microscopes. • The contractor shall furnish all necessary services, parts, labor, software upgrades, travel, and qualified technical personnel who are factory trained to work on the Andor Dragonfly fluorescence microscope. • The contractor shall provide a minimum of one preventive maintenance visit per year, repair service (as needed), and software updates at no cost for all listed Government-owned confocal microscopes. • The contractor shall furnish all necessary tools and test equipment to pursue the fulfillment of work performed under the Statement of Work.
