Description
The Santa Fe County Public Works Department is seeking qualified contractors to fully reconstruct Bridge No. 9695 on Avenida Vista Grande. The work involves structural concrete rehabilitation of a buried box‑culvert bridge, replacement of deteriorated concrete and reinforcement, epoxy injection of cracks, application of water‑repellent treatment, replacement of guardrails, pavement repairs, drainage upgrades (new concrete apron, gabion baskets, filter fabric), vegetation clearing, erosion‑control measures, and comprehensive traffic‑control planning. The contract is a unit‑price, 155‑day schedule with a one‑year workmanship warranty and $500/day liquidated‑damage clause.
