Monticello Ditch 33 Project

The City of Monticello is seeking bids for the construction of Ditch 33 Outlet, a water‑ and sewer‑related infrastructure project. The scope includes removal of existing storm sewer pipe, removal of bituminous pavement, placement of aggregate base, installation of reinforced concrete pipe, construction of drainage structures, and seeding of roadside vegetation. All work must comply with Minnesota statutes on responsible contracting, wage rates, and civil rights. Bids are to be submitted electronically via QuestCDN vBid. • Remove approximately 52 LF of storm sewer pipe and 1,109 SY of bituminous pavement. • Install 250 CY of Class 5 aggregate base and 1,892 LF of 48″ reinforced concrete pipe. • Construct a drainage structure (design 72‑4020) and install a 48″ RC pipe apron. • Provide seeding of 135 LB of southern shortgrass roadside mixture.
