Description
This solicitation calls for the complete replacement of the City of New York’s Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) across all boroughs. The contractor will furnish, install, and integrate new digital signs, provide all associated civil, structural‑steel, electrical, and fiber‑optic infrastructure, and coordinate traffic‑control measures during construction. The work includes demolition of existing signs, excavation and back‑fill of conduit, concrete footings, structural steel fabrication and erection, electrical grounding and low‑voltage wiring, fiber‑optic communications, and final testing/commissioning.
